There is no greater force at your service than your own mind along with a strong, positive, uplifting self-image. Stay focused, stay disciplined.
Define your goal or end result, see yourself as you will become one day.
Call up, capture, and evoke the feeling of who you believe to become (not becoming someone else, but becoming the version of yourself as which you choose). When you feel as such, you will act as such and you will become such. Picture it clearly and vividly and capture the feeling you would experience as if you are already that desirable self.
Ask yourself, what do you think and feel of yourself? Do you truly love who you are and if not how could you improve yourself to get to that loving of self? When you look at the woman or man that is in the mirror, can you see that desirable, better self that you want to become so much; can you see yourself really becoming your best self? If not then you know you have work to do, self improvement work. It’s time to tap into your true nature.
Tap into your true nature by seeing yourself as you really are—as you will become one day. Don’t worry about which day this will come, just know it will come. Analyze the words & images that cross your mind when you think of yourself. You can change both to your liking, you have that much power I promise you.
Love yourself, not in a narcissistic way. In a way that respects and believes in yourself, your abilities, your strengths, your mental power, & you as your pure self.
The key is from within, you will never find the key on the outside; you only will find information that will help you discover that key which is within.
